Decomposition, 2023-

Prints made from manipulated Polaroid photographs of the forest in Virginia where I live. I took the photos with a Polaroid Spectra camera using expired film that is no longer being produced. The distressed emulsion disrupts the forest images and creates a relationship between the image contained within and the surface itself, allowing for questions of what is subject and what is surface.
